6 Ways to Make Your Nails Stronger
While nail-breaking is common to everyone, that is it happens to practically everyone, it happens more frequently to some. I happen to be one of those ‘some’. The only explanation we can give to that is that the nails are not strong enough; they are weak. Their lack of strength could be from insufficient nutrients and vitamins, a habit you don’t see as harmful, or environmental conditions.
You probably never thought that there is something you could do. Well, there is, and I am going to show you. At the end of the day, it is all about making the nails stronger. Strong nails, happy nails!
As always before you go you can get this product to strengthen your nails from our store.
All right, so here are a few tips on how you can make your nails stronger.
1. Quit Biting on Them
There are some things we do that we don’t think have repercussions. Biting the nails, I have found out, weakens the nails and makes it near impossible to grow them. So, stop biting your nails with your teeth; if you want to cut them, get a nail cutter.
2. Don’t let Your Nail Polish Stay too Long
Nail polish is pretty and all but do you know the saying that ‘not all that glitters is gold’? It applies here too. Now, I am not saying you cannot use it at all, you can. But, don’t let it stay for too long on your nails. Precisely, let it not spend more than five days. And then when you do take it off, give your nails a few days to breathe before you go for the next fix.
3. File the Right Way
Filing the nails back and forth weakens the nail, damages it and can make it split. Many of us have been doing it the wrong way. When you file your nails, file in one direction.
4. Use Natural Oils
There are some oils that are especially effective in nail strengthening. I’m talking about carrot oil, olive oil, argan oil, tea tree oil, and many others. They don’t only strengthen, they also help moisturize it. Carrot oil contains beta-carotene and vitamin E, and is rich in antioxidants. Tea tree oil helps restore nail color, prevent fungi infection, repair damaged nails, and strengthen the nails.

5. Keep Them Moisturized
Dry nails get brittle, and brittle nails break. Your nails need moisture just as much as your skin. You can either use moisturizers or use Vaseline.
You can check out our store for amazing moisturizers also; we guarantee you will find what you are looking for.
6. Eat Sulfur-Rich Foods
One of the best ways to strengthen the nails is by fortifying the nutrient it already possesses. Nails have a lot of sulfur and that means they need a lot of it to function well. So, supply it more sulfur by eating foods high in it. For example, garlic and onions are great sources of sulfur.
