Cut down the long showers. Reduce the length of time you spend in the shower to five minutes, ten at the most. I get it; you like to take your time in the shower. Avoid using hot water to bath. Sometimes, the weather is so cold that you just have to use hot water. But, hot baths can strip your skin of moisture and leave it dry.
